Date: 4/10/2024I absolutely have to recommend AC Repair San Ramon! We called them up to replace 2 air conditioning units and ductwork after we moved in last November. They're the real deal very professional, prompt, and really know their stuff. What’s more, their pricing was very competitive, even after comparing a few other quotes.
Working with Pat was a pleasure. He kept us in the loop with detailed emails from start to finish, answering all our questions and making sure everything was clear about the estimates, installation, and warranties. Cameron was just as thorough, taking his time to help us understand more about our homes HVAC system beyond just the work they were doing.

Date: 9/15/2023Pat came by to fix my AC, and I'm so glad I called them first. I had two other appointments scheduled, but I canceled them both happily. My Carrier HVAC was giving me trouble, and the company that installed it left me hanging without decent customer service. Luckily, Pat adjusted the vent slats in each room to ensure better air coverage. They also showed me how to properly use the thermostat, which I had been struggling with. Overall, I was thrilled with Pat's work and their commitment to keeping my equipment running smoothly. I'll definitely be calling them back for regular maintenance in the future.

Date: 6/22/2023During the hottest week of the year, our AC system started having issues, it was a miserable situation. We decided to reach out to Pat for help, and he was able to come out and inspect our equipment the very next day. Pat's expertise quickly revealed the problem, and he provided us with a reasonable quote for the work required. The following day, Pat arrived to replace the outside AC condenser unit. Pat worked efficiently and professionally, completing the job in about 6 hours. The installation was done to perfection, and he even made sure to lay out floor coverings inside the house and leave the work area spotless. That's when Pat from AC Repair showed up. He checked out our attic and vents and told us that it wasn't a good idea. Pat took the time to explain why it was a bad idea and gave us some solid reasons. As an older widow, I've been burned before by big companies overcharging me and pushing unnecessary repairs. But as soon as I talked to Pat from this family owned AC company, I knew I was in good hands. He's straightforward, honest, and explains things in detail without talking down to you. Pat showed up on time and never once tried to sell me anything I didn't need. He even climbed up two stories in the sweltering heat without a single complaint. That is until Pat from AC Repair dropped me a message and set up an appointment for the next day. Pat's technician (Cameron) was early, which was awesome, and got straight to work. He quickly found the problem - clogged drain lines - and explained everything to me in a way that made sense. The best part? He fixed it all up, and now my family and I can enjoy a cool house once again. Pat's technician was courteous, professional, and cleaned up after himself, which was much appreciated. And on top of all that, the cost to fix was very reasonable! If I ever have issues with my AC again, I'll definitely be giving Pat a call and asking for Cameron.
